2. When Will My Order Be Shipped?

- After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days to ensure quality checks and accuracy before shipping.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your delivery.

3. Can I Track My Order?

- Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your package on our tracking page.
- Please note that tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear after shipment.

4. I Entered the Wrong Delivery Address. What Should I Do?
Mistakes happen! If you notice an error in your delivery address:

- Changes can only be accommodated within 3 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, address updates may no longer be possible.

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

- If your order has already shipped, cancellations will not be possible. However, you can return the item after delivery.
7. What Is Your Refund & Return Policy?
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for defective or damaged products. To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@coastalfashion-perth.com to request a return form.
- Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
- Return the item to us (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll process your refund.
Please Note:
- Refunds are not available for items still in transit.
- Returned items must be in their original condition.
